Trying to stay FIT!


For almost a year, I have been going to yoga and boot camp. For a few months I was doing really good and going almost every night of the week. Then the excuses started like: well it's to late, I am too tired, there is a good show on tonight, there is always tomorrow. Well enough of the excuses. I am going to try really hard to push my self four days a week and get my good year stomach to the gym. Here is what I am hoping to look like ONE DAY.
